Non-existant best practice or template sharing cross teams, big-effort in case of internal particpant recruitment, underdefined globally applicable methods and guidelines & potentially show-stopping data security rules on the horizon
A group-wide awareness of users being important just starting out.
My role: set it up, facilitate, create & maintain the UX research system as well as drive the topic

1 central knowledge hub in Confluence and a definition on how to document and store general standards as well as project based UX research activities
1:1 onboardings for UX researchers
Continuously gathering best practices, good examples, ideas and wishes from UX researchers and UX enthusiasts

Phase 2: Continuously collect, enhance and add new approaches, methods, templates and best practices and an aligned definition of the company-specific UX research activity process steps en detail
